Miss an HVAC call, and that job just went to the next company.
You're on a roof or in an attic — you can't always pick up. Lulo catches the customers you're losing, starting with the calls: it texts them back in seconds, in your name, and hands you the job.
Two minutes to set up. One code to dial. Free for 30 days, no card.

How much is a missed call costing you?
5 calls
Typical HVAC service call — edit if yours runs different.
$3,900
a month walking out the door.
At 5 missed calls a week and a $450 average job, assuming a 40% close rate.
That's the size of the leak — what those calls were worth if you'd won them. It isn't a figure Lulo pays back: your monthly report counts only the leads we actually hand you, and shows the maths for every dollar in it.

Mid-install.
Hands full, on a ladder, in an attic — the phone rings out.
After hours.
Emergencies don't wait for business hours.
An emergency no-cool call phones three companies and books whoever answers first. Lulo makes sure that's you.
How it works
Lulo recovers the leads your shop is losing — and today the biggest leak is the calls you can't pick up, so that's where it starts. Your dedicated number doubles as a meter: you'll see exactly how many calls you missed, and what they were worth.
1
A call goes unanswered.
2
We text the caller back in seconds and find out what they need.
3
You get a warm lead — with their name, the job, and how urgent it is.
- Do I need a new phone number?
- No. You keep your number exactly as is. Your missed calls forward to Lulo behind the scenes — customers still see and call your real number.
- What if I do answer the call?
- Then nothing happens. Lulo only steps in on calls you don't pick up. Answer it yourself and there's no text.
- When does my free trial start?
- When your calls actually start forwarding — not the second you sign up. So your 30 days are 30 days of the thing genuinely working, not days lost to setup.
- Does it work with the software I already use?
- You don't have to change a thing. Lulo sits in front of your phone and sends leads straight to your cell — it doesn't replace ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, FieldPulse, or whatever you run. No new dashboard, no migration.
What you get for it
What arrives on your phone is a lead, not a notification that somebody rang.
The job, the address, how urgent. And at the end of the month, what those leads were worth — with the maths shown.
The estimate counts the leads we actually handed you — not the calls that came in.
Nothing to log into. No dashboard. No app to learn. If a month is quiet, the report says so.
One plan — everything included

Do I need a new phone number?
No. You keep your number exactly as is. Your missed calls forward to Lulo behind the scenes — customers still see and call your real number.
What if I do answer the call?
Then nothing happens. Lulo only steps in on calls you don't pick up. Answer it yourself and there's no text.
Will you text my family, suppliers, or my own number?
No. We never text your own numbers, anyone on your do-not-text list, or anyone you tap “not a customer” on. We only text new callers who might be customers — not the people you already talk to. And every text opens with your business name, so it's never a mystery who it's from.
Does it work after hours and weekends?
Yes — 24/7, that's the point. A no-heat call at 9pm gets an instant reply, and after-hours callers get an honest answer about when you'll get back to them (based on the hours you set).
How hard is setup?
About two minutes. You dial one short code on your phone — the same built-in setting every phone already has — and forwarding is on. The code is specific to your carrier, so we show you the right one; if it doesn't take, we set it up with you. Turn it off anytime with one code.
When does my free trial start?
When your calls actually start forwarding — not the second you sign up. So your 30 days are 30 days of the thing genuinely working, not days lost to setup.
Does it work with the software I already use?
You don't have to change a thing. Lulo sits in front of your phone and sends leads straight to your cell — it doesn't replace ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, FieldPulse, or whatever you run. No new dashboard, no migration.
What if customers use my website form instead of calling?
For most shops your size, the leads that slip through are phone calls — that's what Lulo catches today. We plan to catch web-form and other inbound leads through the same system; that's on the way. Calls are the biggest leak, so they come first.
What will it actually say to my customers?
Short, warm, plain — in your business name, like a helpful person at your shop. It asks what they need, where, and how urgent, then tells you. (See the preview above.) It never quotes prices or promises a time you can't keep.
What if I don't have a Google listing?
Still works — catching your missed calls only needs your phone. (The optional Google review link in signup is for review requests, a feature we're adding soon; skip it if you don't have a listing.)
Is there a contract?
No. Month to month, cancel anytime. And your founding rate stays locked for as long as you're a member — even after the standard price goes up.
